Justin Bieber is a man alone, just waiting for a friend in the new visual for "E.T.A." from the singer's Changes album.
In the visually arresting clip that dropped on Tuesday morning (Feb. 18), Bieber chills in front of a picture frame that happens to perfectly frame up a mountain range in the distance and on a claw-foot bathtub in a lush garden.
Crooning the ballad about anxiously awaiting a lover's arrival, the Apple Music exclusive "Nature Visual" juxtaposes shots of the singer performing the song with brightly colored animated elements that fill the screen with bold, liquid-y images of eyeballs, mouths, falling leaves and Bieber's body splitting and reforming.
The clip is credited as being from the "creative minds of Justin Bieber and director Michael D. Ratner" and is described as the first in a collection of new videos from Changes slated to drop exclusively on Apple Music over the next few weeks.
Bieber is on course for his seventh No. 1 album on the Streets Talkin 200 chart, as industry forecasters suggest that Changes should bow atop next week’s tally (dated Feb. 29). The set was released on Friday, Feb. 14 SchoolBoy/Raymond Braun/Def Jam Recordings.
