Omarion has announced a title change for his next studio album. The follow-up to 2014’s Sex Playlist, originally titled Passport, will now be called The Kinection. It will be released on October 30, joining the arrival of albums like Missunderstood (Queen Naija) and Eric B. For President: Term 3 (Eric Bellinger).

Arriving on Omarion’s imprint Omarion Worldwide, The Kinection will contain 14 tracks and guest appearances from Wale, Ghostface Killah and Busy Signal. It will also include the lead single “Can You Hear Me?” featuring T-Pain, which was shared in February.

The Grammy-nominated veteran follows the unbothered anthem, as well as the album title and date announcement with a new track called “Involved.” Aiming right for audiences at urban radio stations, Omarion is heard crooning over a glitchy R&B backbeat about putting his feelings in check before he gets too caught up in an avoidable entanglement.

Omarion and his fellow B2K members are up for Top R&B Tour at the 2020 Billboard Music Awards. Hosted by Kelly Clarkson, the annual award ceremony takes place on October 14 at 8 p.m. EST on  NBC.
