With Michael B. Jordan set to lace up his gloves once more this coming Thanksgiving for Creed II, the film soundtrack's album producer, Mike WiLL Made-It, is hoping to trounce the competitors along with his newest feat. On Monday (Nov. 12), Mike WiLL unveiled the soundtrack's starry monitor checklist, which incorporates appearances by Kendrick Lamar, J. Cole, Lil Wayne and extra.
"RARE COLLABS , LOUD MIXES , NEW FLOWS , FRESH MELODIES NEW TEMPO’S , NEW FREQUENCIES REAL MESSAGES IN THE MOST ORGANIC WAY," he boasted on Instagram. "THE SOUNDTRACK / COLLABORATION ALBUM GAME WILL NEVER BE THE SAME AFTER THIS."
Last week, Mike WiLL gave followers a pattern of what's to return along with his earsplitting collaboration "Kill Em' With Success" that includes ScHoolboy Q, 2 Chainz and EEarz. In an interview with Variety final month, Mike WiLL boldly predicted that film soundtracks can be on the verge of a comeback courtesy of his newest try. "After folks hear the music, I need them to say film soundtracks are again," he stated.
In addition to the aforementioned names, the famed producer made certain to sprinkle a little bit of R&B into the rap-heavy batch of music. Ella Mai and rising songbird Ama Lou had been recruited by Mike WiLL for solo tracks, whereas Ari Lennox partnered up with J. Cole on "Shea Butter Baby."
