Mandy Moore dialed in to Live With Kelly and Ryan on Monday morning (May 4) to discuss Silver Landings, her first album since 2007’s Wild Hope.
“It’s my first record in a little over a decade,” she said of the album, which dropped in March. “I wrote the whole record with my husband and my buddy Mike [Viola], who produced it. It’s something that I feel like has been missing from my life. I started on the music side of things when I was 15.”
“Music is such a huge part of me, so being able to revisit that at this juncture of my life and have a whole wealth of life experience to write about, I’m so proud of it, I’m so excited it’s out in the world,” she continued. “Hopefully, we’ll be able to hit the road with it at some point.
