Maluma is set to headline the first-ever Lift Off Music Festival. The two-day fest, slated for Aug. 11 and 12 at Chicago's Union Park, is a new multi-genre, multi-market Latin music festival that will count with some of the hottest Latin urban artists of the moment.
Joining the 24-year-old “Corazón” singer during the inaugural event are artists such as Wisin, Luis Coronel, Bryant Myers, and Leslie Grace. Sunday’s lineup will feature Yandel, Reik, and Sofia Reyes to name a few.
“We couldn’t envision a better place to launch Lift Off,” said co-executive producer Ivan Lopez. “Chicago is the most American of American cities, and yet it is a city that thrives on a blend of cultures unlike any place in the world.”
Maluma kicked off his F.A.M.E. Tour in late March, visiting his fans in North America, the Middle East, and Eastern Europe. After taking a break from the stage in July, the Colombian superstar will continue with his tour from early August to mid-October in North America, Latin America, and Europe. In the midst of his busy schedule, he will also visit Chicago for the fest.
