Juicy J kicked off the autumn by unleashing the Buddah Bless-produced single "Neighbor," that includes a cameo from Travis Scott. Less than two months later (Nov. 14), the "No English" collaborators returned with a goth-inspired visible for the track.
The darkish clip is helmed by RJ Sanchez, who has labored intently with Lil Uzi Vert and Nav previously. La Flame and the Taylor Gang artist alternate rhymes as chains hold from the ceiling and a torrential downpour dampens the grim set. Both artists are laced in blacked-out apparel to correctly accompany the unwelcoming tone.
During a current interview with Streets Talkin, Juicy J detailed the origin of "Neighbor." "Travis referred to as me up and reached out about listening to some new beats when he was engaged on Astroworld. We vibed out within the studio," he defined. "On my manner out, after we had been within the studio for 3 hours, I used to be like, 'Yo, Travis, let me get a document for my new album.' He went into his information and pulled up 'Neighbor.'"
"It was like an extended verse, however I assumed it was laborious as fuck. I informed him to play it once more. The beat was already accomplished and he had all the things on there," the Memphis native added. "It didn't actually have a format to it initially. When I acquired to the studio the subsequent day, I took the monitor and chopped it up."
