Selena Quintanilla's legacy is proof that even though she died in 1995, she will remain an iconic artist in pop culture.
On Thursday (July 12), her official Facebook page announced that her album Ones reached No. 1 on the iTunes Latin Albums chart, beating out Maluma's F.A.M.E., J Balvin's Vibras, Ozuna's Odisea and Shakira's El Dorado. As the post itself noted, this is “an unprecedented feat for an artist 23 years later!”
The 2002 project — which stays steady on Streets Talkin's Top Latin Albums chart for a 140th week, placing at No. 9 (on the chart dated July 14) — is home to some of the Queen of Tejano's biggest hits, such as “Como La Flor,” “Amor Prohibido” and “Bidi Bidi Bom Bom.”
It's also home to some of the best tunes to heal a broken heart. Don't believe me? Just press play below:

With its clear message of “I regret ever loving you,” “Si Una Vez” is probably the most empowering track on Ones.
