New York rapper Bobby Shmurda‘s girlfriend appeared in court today (July 22) to plead not guilty in a criminal case where she is accused of sneaking a weapon to him behind bars.
While Kimberly Rousseau will have to wait for her fate, the 18-year-old faces up to seven years in jail if convicted for the alleged June 21 crime.
Rousseau faces up to seven years in prison if convicted of two counts of promoting prison contraband, and one count of criminal possession of a weapon in the fourth degree. Her case was pushed to Oct. 13 while both sides attempt to work out a plea deal. (NY Daily News)
